Add your catalog

Your catalog is what your AI answers from. Every product carries its options, attributes, images and prices, so a buyer’s “can I get it in walnut, 84 inches?” has one true place to land. Fabricut Contract’s 16,307 fabrics went live this way in a day; a workshop with forty products is done in an afternoon.

Three ways in. Pick the one that matches what you have on your desk right now.

1. Open Catalog and choose Add products, then From photos.
2. Drop the photos. One product per photo works best; a photo with the label or a ruler in frame helps.
3. Your AI writes the product name, the description, the specs it can read, and a clean packshot. Add the Studio pack if you want a close-up and a lifestyle shot too.
4. Check each card. Fix a name, add a size range, delete a spec you do not stand behind. Nothing is live until you say so.

Cost: one credit per product, two more for the Studio pack. Twelve photos are twelve credits.

1. Choose Add products, then From a spreadsheet, and upload the file you already send buyers.
2. Map your columns to Poly9 AI fields once: name, SKU, category, options, price, image URL. The mapping is saved, so next season is one click.
3. Review the preview. Rows with a problem are flagged with the reason; fix them in the sheet or in the preview.
4. Import. Options and attributes become the record your AI reads.

Cost: nothing. Imports and edits are never metered.
